Started her career in Public Relations, Zarina has industry experience spanning 16 years in various fields of expertise from hospitality, corporate, automotive, construction and education. In the year 2004, she decided to pursue her passion in learning & development. She created her niche in the field of education and training offering a variety of soft skills programmes for the past 20 years.

Zarina Zainal holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London and is a graduate of Mass Communication specializing in Public Relations.
