In the year 2004, she decided to pursue her passion in learning & development,. She created her niche in the field of education and training offering a variety of soft skills programmes for the past 20 years.

Zarina Zainal holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London and is a graduate of Mass Communication specializing in Public Relations.
